Billing Rates 1. Flat Rates
(1) Cases not involving property relations

Cases concerning foreign element or elements are permitted to charge 4 times
fees as much as the above amount.

(3) Legal affairs:
a. Service item on the establishment
or reorganization a joint-stock company will charge no less than 1 cent/share
and no less than 100,000 Yuan for total charge.
b. Service item on the capital
issue of listing joint-stock company: no less than 0.5 cent/share of total collective
capital of capital issue, and no less than 200,000 Yuan of total charge;
c.
Service item on status inquiry, and presenting legal opinion or lawyer's letter:
no less than 5,000Yuan/case ；
d. Service item on the establishment of a company
or an enterprise, Mergers and Acquisitions: no less than 2% of registered capital
amount of the object company, and the total charge volume of no less than 10,000
Yuan ；
e. Service item on the liquidation of a company or an enterprise: no less than
20% of distributable total assets of the company or enterprise, and the total
charging volume of no less than 30,000 Yuan ；The liquidation entrusted by stockholders,
no less than 10% of acquirable total assets of the stockholders, and the total
charging volume of no less than 20,000 Yuan；
f. Service item on construction business: according to the following charging
standards (progressive calculation system)

3. Retainers : 10,000 ---- 50,000 RMB Yuan/Year
4. Contingency fees
By negotiation between law -firm and the client, a contingency fee may apply
to the above cases involving property relations. A contingency fee is an arrangement
where a lawyer is paid a portion of any recovery on a legal matter that he
or she realizes for the benefit of the client. Contingency fees are usually,
but not always, calculated as a percentage of the recovery. .
